JMG would like to express our concern for all of those affected by coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We take the health of our employees, clients and partners extremely seriously.
We are following the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) guidelines as well as following orders from local, state and federal governments to help prevent workplace exposure. As part of that effort, sick employees are encouraged to stay at home and many employees are working remotely.
As always, JMG is committed to providing same-day service, as needed, to ensure your systems are working when you need them. As we have limited personnel in the office, we encourage you to communicate via e-mail as much as possible.
Our monitoring center is staffed 24/7 to respond to alarms, put systems on test, answer questions or connect you with an on-call technician. Our monitoring center has an established clean room and has implemented a regular decontamination of work stations.
All field personnel are advised to practice social distancing and wash/sanitize their hands upon arrival and before departure of each on-site visit. All reasonable precautions are being taken and we don’t foresee any decline in our level of service.
